“Progress, Not Perfection”
Randi’s life passion is fitness. She believes in fitness as a way of life, not as a chore. A combination of her education and certifications, along with her natural gift for leading clients to achieve goals they never thought possible, is what drives Randi every day. She wants her clients to make a commitment to progress, not perfection, so that they can see that their bodies are more than capable of doing the hard work to reach their fitness goals.
Randi has a degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University. She holds certifications with NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). She has been training clients of varying ages and abilities for 22 years. She is a former competitive gymnast, marathoner, long-distance biker, and biathlete. She currently trains for mud runs and weight trains on a regular basis.
