Total body strength and conditioning throughout functional movements utilizing a variety of equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, tires, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, barbells, bands, chains and even just our own body weight! You name it, and we can do it! This class will not only help train you to perform your daily living activities safely and efficiently, but also help take your fitness to the next level!
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Join us for our boot camp classes to improve your overall fitness. These classes are fast moving and appropriate for all fitness levels. You will never be bored because you will never do the same workout twice. While most boot camps are held at our gym, we also like to conduct them in a field, a stadium, or even at a park. You can expect to cycle through stations such as TRX, body-weight exercises, Olympic lifts, tire flipping, jump rope, sprints, field work, ropes, and plyometric exercises. All movements can be modified based on fitness level.
Join us on Sunday mornings to get your day started with a vigorous workout that will boost your energy for the day! We normally meet at the gym, but, weather permitting, we like to take it outside as well.

About Fitmotion Group Classes
Come ready to work! In these high-intensity classes, we focus on maximizing calories burned and increasing your metabolic rate. A typical workout includes a series of a few exercises with very short breaks in between. The workouts are changed daily so that your body is constantly challenged. Each workout can be modified according to fitness level and capability.
